Palm Valley Homeowners Association

The Palm Valley Homeowners Association maintains standards, addresses the day-to-day maintenance and plans long-term replacement projects at Palm Valley Country Club. Their goal is to benefit individual owners with greater property value, longer asset life and increased curb appeal, keeping Palm Valley one of the most desirable places to live in the Coachella Valley.
The current monthly assessment per ownership interest for calendar year 2011 is $478.00 per month, and includes many community benefits, several of which are listed below:
- Landscaping and irrigation for common areas
- Pool and Spa maintenance for the Country Club's 46 community pools
- General liability, property and earthquake insurance
- Repair and maintenance of commons areas, including pest control
- Gated access and 24 security staff
- A reserve fund for replacement projects including streets, roofing, painting, etc.
- Refuse disposal
- Basic Cable television
In addition, the HOA staff can assist residents with architectural and landscaping issues, regulations and requirements as well as cable TV features.

Palm Valley Proprietary Club Membership
Every condominium at Palm Valley Country Club is provided with a Proprietary Club Membership, which is essentially a social membership to give residents access to club facilities. The fee for the Proprietary Club Membership is $111.00 a month, and provides:
- Access to all dining and lounge facilities at the 100,000 square foot clubhouse, as well as special discounted member pricing at the golf and tennis pro shops
- Special social events, including the Season Opening Party, Monday Night Football and numerous other events throughout the year
- The ability to change the level of your activities (Golf, Tennis and Athletic Club) membership on an annual basis
- Unlimited access from June 1st - October 31st to fitness, tennis and golf facilities when homeowner pays appropriate fees
- Homeowners punch card, providing four opportunities to use fitness, tennis and golf facilities between November 1st and May 31st with the appropriate fee
- Access to onsite hair salon, tot stop, shoe service and clubhouse pool
- Maintenance of the beautiful greens and fairways that make Palm Valley unique and increase home values

Golf, Tennis & Athletic Club Information
The Palm Valley Spa & Athletic Club offers everything you need for an invigorating workout or a day of relaxation.
Located in the lower level of the Clubhouse, the Athletic club features state-of-the-art aerobic, machine and free weight equipment, as well as a full schedule of fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, Cycling and more. Personal trainers are available for workout sessions, and you can even swim laps year-round in the Junior Olympic-size pool.
After you are done at the Athletic Club, relax at the full-service Spa, featuring sauna, massage, steam room and more - or visit the on-site Hair Salon to get ready for a night of fun in the Main Dining Room or the Terrace Lounge!

Centered on a 100,000 square foot Clubhouse, Palm Valley Country Club's two Ted Robinson designed golf courses are truly a delight to play. The Championship Course is an 18-hole, Par 72 that offers everything an enthusiast would expect from a professional-level golfing experience.
For a real test of skill, though, play the 18-hole, Par 63 Challenge Course. With water features and strategically-placed bunkers on every hole, this course is truly a test of patience and accuracy!
In addition to the two 18-hole courses, Palm Valley Also offers a driving range, short game practice area, a fully-equipped pro shop with member discounts and on-site golf professionals offering both group and private lessons. For the ultimate golfing experience, you can even participate in Palm Valley-organized tournaments throughout the year!

Palm Valley Country Club is a tennis player's paradise, with 16 immaculately-maintained Championship Tennis Courts - including 10 that are lighted for nighttime play and a stadium court for featured play during club tournaments.
In addition to general play, Palm Valley Country Club also offers a USTA-approved tennis program that consists of tournaments, regular leagues and match-play. The kids can even get in on the fun, too, with a Junior Tennis Academy and leagues for children from 7 to 18 years of age.
Just like Palm Valley's renowned golf facilities, the Tennis Club features a full pro shop with member discounts and on-site professionals offering group clinics and private lessons.

In addition to the Golf, Tennis and Athletic facilities, there is also a full schedule of Social Activities for Palm Valley Country Club residents to enjoy.
From the weekly Bridge Club, Pasta Night and Monday Night Football parties to annual events like the Art, Wine & Jazz Festival, Season Opening Party and Chili Cook-Off, there is always something fun happening within the Palm Valley community.
