Located within the walls of one of the Coachella Valley’s most desirable communities and working closely with the residents and Home Owners Association, we are uniquely positioned to help you take advantage of everything Palm Valley Country Club has to offer!
Backed by the knowledge and expertise of Rutherford Investments, which has specialized in Palm Desert real estate since 1982, the Palm Valley Country Club Onsite Sales team is familiar with the needs of desert residents. Because of our close relationship with the Country Club and Homeowners Association, the Palm Valley Country Club Onsite Sales team is committed to the community and residents at Palm Valley. As a sign of that commitment, we donate 20% of our commission on any Palm Valley property to the Homeowners Association for the improvement of the Country Club!
